AMSPORT® Competition is a combination of five different carbohydrates, special amino acids and B vitamins. Highly dosed carbohydrate drinks or gel preparations withdraw fluid from the body when absorbed into the blood. This demands the organism and costs energy, which one should mobilize rather for the competition. In many cases, highly concentrated carbohydrate doses even during competitions result in such large fluid shifts that gastrointestinal complaints of different strengths can occur and often significantly worsen the competition result. AMSPORT® Competition is isotonic.

 

Recommended intake:
Competition:
Endurance sport: from 1 hour of exercise approx. every 30 minutes add 1 serving.
Short load / Sprint: optional 20 minutes before the load 1 portion and immediately after the load 1-2 portions.

 

Training:
Depending on training hardness and state of exhaustion 1-2 servings directly after training. During very hard or prolonged exercise 1 portion in between.
