Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Österreich, Schweiz, Niederlande, Belgien, Luxemburg, Irland, Frankreich, Italien, Spanien, Portugal, Kroatien, Ungarn, Griechenland, Rumänien, Slowakei, Tschechische Republik, Slowenien, Polen, Dänemark, Schweden, Norwergen, Finnland, Estland, Litauen, Lettland, Vereinigtes Königreich.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
bis zu einem Bruttowarenwert von 69,99 € betragen die Versandkosten 4,90 €
From an order value of 70,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Österreich:
bis zu einem Bruttowarenwert von 149,99 € betragen die Versandkosten 9,50€
Europa:
bis zu einem Bruttowarenwert von 299,99 € betragen die Versandkosten 14,90€
Schweiz, Norwegen, Vereinigtes Königreich
bis zu einem Bruttowarenwert von 999,99 € betragen die Versandkosten 19,90€
Außerhalb Europa:
bis zu einem Bruttowarenwert von 1999,99 € betragen die Versandkosten 28,90€
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3-5 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
