The AMSPORT® amino acids were specially developed for competition and competitive sports as well as ambitious mass sports. It is an almost white, dry, free-flowing powder with an almost neutral smell and taste.
The powder is free of any additives and can therefore be integrated neutrally into any existing nutrition scheme. These are the amino acids that Mark Warnecke used for his world championship preparations in 2005 - and then won the title. Meanwhile the product is available in the 10th-fold improved prescription.

 

Consumption recommendation:
20 minutes before and after training 1-2 tablespoons depending on training intensity

 

2×1 tablespoon morning and evening on non-training days

 

For competitive athletes
A slightly heaped tablespoon corresponds to approx. 10 g dissolved in a liquid (e.g. water) Do not use carbonated beverages! EVO9 amino acids can be consumed on an empty stomach as well as with or after food.
On non-training days 2 - 3 × 1 tablespoon in the morning, (at noon), evening
On normal training days 1 tablespoon in the morning 1 - 2 tablespoons at noon 2 - 3 tablespoons immediately after training
On very hard training days 2 tablespoons in the morning 2 - 3 tablespoons at noon 3 - 4 tablespoons immediately after training
