Comfort is enhanced with a deep 5cm waist band for pressure distribution, combined with flatlock stretch seams to allow a shaped fit. Compression garments are essential in the world of performance, it’s use during exercise can help with muscular function, whilst post activity can aid and promote recovery.  During exercise it has been shown that compression can improve athletic efficiency through increased proprioception and feel for what muscle groups are doing. Active compression stimulates greater blood supply to muscles meaning the supply of oxygen to muscles is improved. Compression can also reduce muscle spasms and micro tears caused by exercise. Post activity, increased blood flow from structured compression promotes the removal of ‘waste’ bi-products and can speed up recovery, this also reduces the inflammatory response and reduces muscle stiffness and soreness allowing you to get back to training sooner. Material Composition: 74% Nylon/ 26% Elastane
